Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our massage therapy services. To provide the best possible experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking your appointment.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

2. Late Arrivals

  • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, you will receive the remaining time of your appointment.
