Classes
Self Care w/ Tools
Practice breathing, grounding and setting intention before opening a self massage & stretch session with tools such as foam rollers, yoga blocks and lacrosse balls to assist the session. - 60 minutes
Yoga & Chair Yoga
Beginning Yoga Techniques on the mat or with the assistance of a simple folding chair. This session will assist with improving circulation, relieving sore muscles, help to maintain balance and brain function. - 60 minutes
Kemetic Yoga & Astrology
Introduction and reason for this group, your “ Big 3 “ , journal prompts based on theme, theme based play list. Yogi Anu Wolley leads a Kemetic / Astrological themed yoga practice through a journey of the spirit utilizing the exact poses, mantras, and divine intentions as seen on Kemetic ( Egypt ) walls over 4000 years ago. Mid session the class goes into a meditation where all receive a Reiki touch. We take a brief bathroom, vegan meal and 420 break before Jaleel rounds out our last hour with an Astrology lecture on the evenings theme and gives quick reads to all attendees. - 3 Hours
Couples Intimacy & Touch
Learn the art of touch. This workshop focus on breaking barriers set by stress, fatigue, trauma and fear. Moving in a good direction starts with setting a positive intention, setting a mood, using your surrounding to your advantage, assisting your partner in relaxing.
